Is a Home Visit really complimentary?
Yes. Our Home Visits are complimentary within our service area. Each consultation is individually prepared for customers who have explored their options and are ready to choose and personalise their rings. Your personal jeweller will guide you through the final choices, so you can place your order with confidence.
How much will our rings cost?
Your price depends on the design, metal, width, diamonds, the personalisation you choose and the daily price of precious metals. Your jeweller will quote your selected specification during the Home Visit, so you can consider the price before ordering. You are welcome to share a budget in advance.
Can I choose an engagement ring during a visit?
Yes. We offer engagement rings with natural and lab-grown diamonds. Tell us your ideas, preferred style and budget when you enquire, so we can discuss the options for your Home Visit.
Can you fit a wedding band around my engagement ring?
Yes. Around 90% of our couples seeking a shaped wedding band find their match within our existing collection, with hundreds of distinctive shaped designs to choose from. If you would prefer something created just for you, around your engagement ring, we can explore our bespoke Shape-to-Fit service, with the design, price and timescale explained by your personal jeweller.
Where are your rings made, and are they hallmarked?
Our jewellery is crafted to order by our longstanding manufacturing partners in London’s Hatton Garden or Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, drawing on decades of expertise. Precious-metal rings are hallmarked in Great Britain by a UK Assay Office. Alternative materials such as titanium and zirconium do not carry a precious-metal hallmark.
How long does it take, and how are the rings delivered?
Our typical lead time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the design. Tell us your wedding or proposal date before ordering so we can confirm the timescale. When your rings are ready, we arrange your personal Handover Experience. Read about payment and delivery.
Is personal engraving available?
Yes. Our engraving services include sentimental messages and dates, Roman numerals, handwriting and heartbeat engraving, subject to the ring and design. Engraving is an additional service, with the cost confirmed before ordering. For a bespoke request, speak to our team and we will explore what is possible.
